At Wexplore, we work with affiliated partners who distribute our products and services to consumers through their individual websites. We generally host product information and booking pages for our affiliates and manage payment and credit card information. We also work with distributors who manage the hosting, purchase, and payment of our products and services.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We share some of the personal information we collect with our service partners (e.g., tour operators) directly related to the purchase you made. We only provide our service providers with your name and local contact details if you provide them to us (e.g., your hotel name for pickup/drop-off, your local phone number, mobile number, email address, etc.). We do not provide them with any other personal information. If you choose to provide any personal information directly to a service provider, we recommend reviewing their privacy policy to determine how they may use or disclose your information.
We also share your personal information with third parties hired to provide us with data reporting and marketing services, who are required to maintain confidentiality, as well as with other marketing partners.
We currently contract with several online partners to help us manage and optimize our internet operations and communications. We use the services of other marketing companies to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our website. To do this, we use web beacons and cookies provided by those marketing companies in connection with our websites. The information we collect helps us learn which pages are most attractive to our visitors, which products are of most interest to our customers, and what types of offers our customers want to see.

Wexplore is obliged to communicate to the supplying companies only those personal data that are absolutely essential to process the booking and optional ones that reflect your preferences for the specific and adequate provision of the contracted service. The use of our website requires the use of cookies. Cookies are used in order to maintain state information while browsing different pages of our website or returning to the website at a later time. We understand that all the information provided is truthful and is registered voluntarily. Likewise, in contracting the service or filing complaints about it, and always in accordance with Article 34.e of the LOPD, you give your implicit consent for us to transfer your data to the recipients and under the terms and conditions previously indicated.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM ONLINE PURCHASE
If you wish to withdraw from your online purchase, you can cancel it within 12 hours of the purchase. This cancellation should preferably be communicated by phone to (+34) 672 35 17 26 (WhatsApp available) (service available in Spanish, English, French, and German). The cancellation will be made without additional costs.
